Conference Venue & Accommodations

The conference will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in downtown Atlanta in Peachtree Center. Conference room rates are $189 (single or double) and a block of rooms is being held until November 10, 2008. To obtain the conference rate call 800-228-9290 and advise the hotel you’ll be attending the Emergency Department Redesign course. Once the room block is filled, reservations will be on a space available basis; however, room prices may be higher. There are multiple other hotels in the area that are within walking distance of the Marriott.

There is indoor access from the Marriott to MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) and a short 20-minute ride will take you to and from Hartsfield International Airport. There is no need to hassle with renting a car or the expense of a cab given this first-class travel option that is used daily by visitors attending the many conferences and trade shows held in the Peachtree Center area of Atlanta. Signs are prominently displayed at the airport to get you to the MARTA station and you’ll exit at Peachtree Center.
