Accreditation StatementThis activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), the California Chapter of ACEP and the Los Angeles County/USC Department of Emergency Medicine. The American College of Emergency Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The American College of Emergency Physicians designates this educational activity for a maximum of 19 hours (Airway / Procedural Sedation Course) and 8 hours (Emergency Ultrasound Course) in Category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
